Cute small room designed to bring you back to the 70s with wood panel walls. The room can be reset into a vintage bedroom, waiting room, or office. All furniture and decorations seen in photos are included in your booking. If there's a particular item that you want to make sure is available, please message us to confirm. There is a faux, frosted window with an LED light from the other side of the window that comes with a remote to control the brightness and temperatures. Temperatures range are from 3000k - 6500k. If you want to move the LED light physically, please visit our add-ons section. Space has a private bathroom, clothing rack, additional props, & decorations. This set is attached to our larger bar set (Lumiere Bar Set).

Additional Agreement: After your booking confirmation via third party platform, you are required to fill out our space rental agreement form. You must complete this form to receive the entry codes. Failure to fill out this form may result in non-refundable delays/shut down of your shoot.
Production Insurance: Insurance/Production Insurance is required.
Entry Codes: You will receive temporary entry codes for the studio lockbox. The codes will be active exactly at your start time.
Main Entrance: Do not leave the doors on the ground level unattended, even during loading. Keep the lock horizontal and make sure both doors are locked behind you. You are responsible for all incidents resulting from you leaving the doors unlocked. The entrance has 24/7 surveillance. $150 for incidents where doors are left unattended.
Studio Door & Key: After your shoot, you are required to lock the studio door and put the key back into the lockbox. $150 for violations.
Studio Condition: Studio must be reset to its original condition as you found it (position, cleanliness). Collect all trash before you exit. No uncollected trash, heavy makeup, fake blood, foods, drinks stains, or damages on furniture & floors. $150 for violations.
Furniture: Written approval needed when moving the bottles, wall decoration. No standing/jumping or heavy loads on the bar. No jumping on the stage. $150 for violations.
Studio Permission: Be respectful of other businesses in the building. No loud music, shouting, yelling in the studio between 7am - 5pm. Only shoot content inside of our studio suite. Do not shoot in the elevators, basement, hallways, parking lots, or stairs. $150 for violations.
Catering: Food and drinks are allowed.
Fire/Explosives: No fire or explosives of any kind. $500 for violations.
Fog & Haze Machines: NO fog machine. Approval required for haze machine. Canned haze ok. $150 for violations.
Smoking: No smoking of any substances inside or right outside our building including but not limited to tobacco & marijuana. Non-compliance will result in a non-refundable shutdown of your booking. Herbal cigarettes are allowed for performances only and will require a written approval from Host. $150 for violations.
Animals: NO animals allowed. $150 for violations.
Loitering: NO loitering anywhere in or right outside the building before or after your wrap time. You are required to clear & leave the premises by your scheduled wrap time. $150 for violations.
Scheduled Times: Do not enter the premises before your arrival time. Exit the premise by your wrap time. If your crew are still on or right outside our property after the 5 minute grace period, you will be charged for your half hour rate. After 10 minutes, you will be charged for your full hour rate. No exceptions.
Overtime: Same day extension of your shoot is not guaranteed since there might be shoots happening right after your shoot, Please notify us asap prior to your shoot if you need to extend. Authorized overtime (you notify us and request us to extend before you go over time in writing) will be charged 1x rate. Unauthorized overtime will be charged 1.5 rate. We have 24/7 surveillance cameras in the building and will know when you arrive and exit the premises. Please be respectful & transparent. No exceptions.
Photography: We reserve the rights to take and share behind-the-scenes photos of any shoots happening on our property for location promotional content.
Security Cameras and Recording Devices: We have security cameras and recording devices on the premises except for the bathroom.
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking and more than 48 hours before the start of the booking, the client will receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 24 hours of booking but less than 48 hours before the start of the shoot or event, the booking fee will be non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the start of the shoot or event, 50% of the booking fee will be refunded. Finally, if a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the start of the shoot or event, the booking fee will be non-refundable. Qualified cancellations such as full refunds and partial refunds are subject to a $5 deduction from the total to cover processing fees. By booking with us, you agree that you have read, acknowledge, and abide by our host rules and cancellation policy.
