For cancellations made within 24 hours of booking but less than 48 hours before the start of the shoot or event, the booking fee will be non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the start of the shoot or event, 50% of the booking fee will be refunded. Finally, if a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the start of the shoot or event, the booking fee will be non-refundable. Qualified cancellations such as full refunds and partial refunds are subject to a $5 deduction from the total to cover processing fees.
